Customs Duties and Import Taxes

The recipient is fully responsible for any customs requirements and fees.

  • Unpaid customs duties or taxes
  • Missing documentation required for import
  • Orders returned due to customs clearance issues

Refunds cannot be issued in these cases. Please check your country’s customs policies before placing an order.

Shipping Process

Once your order is placed, it enters our fulfillment queue immediately.

  • Order preparation: 1–2 business days
  • Tracking number: sent via email once shipped
  • Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance

If your package does not arrive within 10 business days after shipment, please contact our customer support team.

Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Carrier Information

If your carrier is DABONEA, once the package arrives in your destination country it will be transferred to a local carrier:

  • United States: USPS
  • Other countries: UPS

You can track your package using the local carrier tracking number displayed on your order status page.

Delivery Issues

HapaKristin is not responsible for packages returned due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Recipient absence
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Customs clearance problems

If a package is returned due to customer error or inaction, the order cannot be refunded. Customers may choose either:

  • A refund issued as a store gift card, or
  • Reshipment of the order

Only one replacement shipment may be offered per failed delivery.
