Track My Order

How to track your order?

Please note that we need 1-2 business days to prepare your beautiful lenses. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to be shipped out from our warehouse. 

 

1. Tracking for United States

Please note that it takes around 4-15 business days for us to ship to the United States. 

 

Track PANTOS with code starting in PKR :

You can find your tracking code in your shipping confirmation email. Login to your account and locate your tracking number at your order history.

 

Track through PANTOS 

Once your order reaches the United States, you can track your order through the domestic tracking code. Track PANTOS with code starting in PKR and you can locate your domestic tracking code at “Domestic #(Box Count)”. Click on the domestic code and you will automatically be transferred to the tracking page. You can copy the domestic tracking code and track through the link down below:

2. Tracking for other countries by DHL

Please note that it takes around 2-5 business days for us to ship by DHL shipping service.

You can find your tracking code in your shipping confirmation email. Login to your account and locate your tracking number at your order history.

Please access DHL ODD website below for specific order request like: 

  • Rescheduled delivery
  • Request for delivery without signature (signature release)
  • Leave package with a neighbor
  • Delivery to another address

3. Tracking for Hong Kong through SF

Please note that it takes around 5-7 business days for us to ship by SF shipping service.
